[wsdm] [Uplat] Action items from last meeting

Here are the list of action items from the last meeting and the list of
"champions" for each issue:

Action - (Ellen) to complete lifecycle and logging assignment by including
why each is necessary
Action - (Heather) to address questions about name resolution

We still need champions for: Identification, addressing, and relationships

Champions please kick off a discussion about your issue on the email list.
The end goal is to produce a recommendation for your particular issue. The
goal for this weeks meeting is to have some discussion about each of these
issues.
