For your information, attached is another variant of UML 
representation that I have evaluated long time ago. There is also a combination 
of this and the earlier one I sent. My preference is the earlier one that I 
sent. I can elaborate during the call, if the proposed choice is not already 
obvious.

For the ISSUE 5, and to make it 
easier for us to get past it, can we just put a ruber stamp on the attached 
sample UML? It does not contain any specific capabilities and just a sample of a 
UML approach that is close enough to be easily renderable in XML/WSDL. Same as 
what we discussed before only no specifics yet.
