Negotiation
Negotiation is the act or process of arranging for or bringing about through
conference, discussion, and compromise. For Web services, negotiation refers
to the process of coming to agreement on the advertised aspects of a service
(e.g., quality of service).

Negotiation of QoS for a manageability interface seems far off in the
distance from the current work of this group.
