[wsdm] [Uarch] Agenda and action items

Here is a proposed agenda for this weeks meeting:

1. Review of action items

	- (Heather) to send out some contextual architecture diagrams
(culled from W3C MTF and other places)
	- (Igor) to create words to explain the conceptual diagram
	- (John) propose scoping statement
	- (Zulah) send out current outline

2. Review document outline 
	- separate document or not?
	- volunteers for document sections
