[wsdm][MUWS] My schedule

I am traveling on vacation till Dec 24th. So, there is likelihood
that I miss the calls for the next two weeks. 

But, I will monitor the email thread and capture any decisions
made. Please use descriptive SUBJECT line so I can distinguish
what needs to be included in the MUWS specification.

I will work through the archive after X-MAS to catch up and
start the MUWS specs editing.
