[MOWS] simplification

Title: [MOWS] simplification

Instead of [<mows-xs:EndpointReference>wsa:EndpointReferenceType</mows-ws:EndpointReference>] we could use [<wsa:EndpointReference>...</wsa:EndpointReference>]. I.e. the EPR element as a property directly. It is available in the WSA schema and can be easily used. This simplifies tooling.
