F2F in Hawaii or D Ballot

Hi Folks, 

William pointed out that he didn't get a ballot notification from the system, so I thought I'd send a note to

point you to it. 

Thursday I posted a ballot that was not set up well.  No one voted so I deleted it and set up a new one today.
