Logistics question about WSDM F2F

Hi all,

  A couple of meetings ago there
was some discussion about faxing in our registration to GGF11 because a
2-day option is not available online.  I faxed my registration on
the last day (May 18) and have heard nothing back.  I sent an e-mail
to the contact address () and heard nothing back.  My
credit card has not been charged.

  I cannot find any other contact
info for the conference.  Does anyone have a contact? Has anyone else
received confirmation of a faxed registration?
