Yes, they are very close. No need to create a new issue for #2 of my 
email. If confirmed, #3 would need a new issue or some changes in the 
description of issue 49 to make it explicit that the schema is also 
needed.

We'll add the first of 
  these as a new issue for WS-RF. 

The second and possible third requirement are potentially already 
  covered by one of the following existing issues: 
Issue WSRF9: Need an API to list all properties including those 
  allowed in an xsd:any 
- this is to address a 
  means to determine the full set of proprties in the RP doc instance and a 
  means to determine the types for those not explicitly declared in the 
  schema. 
Issue WSRF27: Add operation to return 
  entire property document 
- this is to address 
  a means to request the entire instance document. 

I interpreted you request to be very similar to WSRF9. 
  Do you believe there are any unique 
  aspects of the WSDM requirements that are not covered by this existing issue? 
  If WSRF9 covers that part of the WSDM requirements, then we should note that 
  WSDM are a stakeholder in the resolution of that issue

Dear 
  WSMFers,

Here are two more requirements from your friends and customers 
  in the
WSDM TC:

- In the part of WS-RP that deals with sending 
  notifications when a
property is modified, WSDM would like a topic to be 
  defined that can be
used to register for notification when any of the 
  properties changes (or
at least any of these for which notification is 
  available). As opposed
to having to register for each and every property by 
  using the
corresponding topic.

- Still in WS-RP, WSDM would like to 
  be provided a way to retrieve a
list of the properties currently available 
  with the WS-Resource (so we
know which ones of the optional properties are 
  available and what other
properties might be available that do not appear 
  explicitly in the
schema of the resource properties document).

As a 
  heads up, WSDM might decide to submit a related requirement
regarding the 
  ability to retrieve the schema of a "dynamic" property
(one that is not 
  explicitly listed in the schema of the resource
properties document) but 
  this is still being discussed inside 
  WSDM.
