Action Items - Example of a Profile, and info on the CIM operations References and Associators

A sample profile is 
attached (dealing with a watchdog timer).  This is still a WIP, but 
illustrates the basic info in a profile.

 

Regarding traversing 
relationships, CIM allows a client to get all classes or 
instances associated to a particular object via any association or a 
specific association (see the Associators operation) OR to get all or 
specific association classes or instances that refer to a particular object (see 
the References operation).  Also, it is possible to return only class names 
or instance references, instead of detailed object/property info (see the 
AssociatorNames and ReferenceNames operations).  All the details are in the 
attached document, AssociatorsAndReferences.pdf.
