Updated MUWS 1.0 Part 1

Hi all,

I just uploaded a new version of MUWS 1.0 Part 1 which includes a
correction to the schema definition of the ComponentAddressType type.

Only changes:

- Date change
- Schema for ComponentAddressType now has namespace="##any" attribute on
its xsd:any element.
