WSDM Next Gen line items

Hi, 

I've posted the WSDM Next Gen line items
document.  

I've tried to categorize these into
several tables and subsections: 

1. NextGen Immediate

        Foundation
dependencies

        MUWS

        Relationships

        Requirements
other Specs or how we use other specs

2. NextGen + 

3. Primer

4. Feedback not part of WSDM lineitems

5. Errata

Please start to work through these on
the call, especially vetting those in the Primer section (are there additional
line items?) which we're working on now, and NextGen Immediate. 

We can move some from NextGen to NextGen+.
