shouldn't it be the ones that the WSDM
spec refers too in order to keep things consistent?

[wsdm] Dependent spec versions
Hello all,
In the primer we use a combination of versions of the dependent specs.
Sometimes we refer to the version of the dependent specs that WSDM 1.0
references and sometimes we use the current public review versions of
these specs.
Which version should we be referencing?
