Groups - MOWS Primer version 5 (wd-wsdm-primer-mows-5.doc) uploaded

This version completes the rest of the example code simplication (removing
namespace declarations) that was begun in version 4.  All text changes that
resulted from the F2F editing and discussion sessions are in version 4. 
Version 5 is pretty "clean"--if you want the clean version.

(Sorry, Zulah--I didn't quite make your 25 page goal, but given that there
are 17 pages of non-text "stuff", 25 pages for the whole primer was rather
extremely.  There's about 30 pages of "primer text".)
