days, especially at the beginning of January is tricky. I would vote for a
move of the meeting at a later date in January.

Agree that 3 days seems too much for a first, unless
there was preliminary work/proposals to present from several
participants,
(e.g. like a call for proposals or
position statements)
but the short timing makes this

There's been no traffic on this mailing list except for Karl
Best's
announcements.
What is the planned agenda for the kickoff meeting in
January? A three
day kickoff seems excessive,
since most groups like this tend to have a
meeting for
level/expectation setting, charter, and startup, which is
usually done in a single day.
