I would also prefer the intent you suggested (is this the original
intent?), with the observation that the
Producer may decide not to publish a meta-description (assuming the Consumer
knows about it), and hence a reservation regarding usage of the word
"must".
I.e.,
It should be possible for the Producer to publish property metadata
and validation description.
Are we keeping the original intent?
