Small flaw in the Topics schema document

Title: Small flaw in the Topics schema document

Hello,

Line 100 of the topics schema document (t-1.xsd) has an xsd:selector that refers to the element wstop:topic.  This is capitalized incorrectly, it should be wstop:Topic.  This typo does not render the schema invalid, but does result in that uniqueness constraint never being enforced.
