Registration properties now optional on Sun Producer

In response to feedback received, I've changed the registration
requirement on the Sun interop Producer
[http://sunwsrp.dyndns.org/portal/wsrp/wsdl/default] such that it no
longer mandates values for the advertised registration properties.
Please let us know of any issues.

Thanks
