The Interop/Conformance SC call was
moved to Wednesday just for last week (conflict with a German holiday).
This week it will occur immediately after the TC call on Thursday.

Rex,
I believe we also have a Interop SC call
scheduled for tomorrow at 11 ET. Could we postpone the markup call by 1
hour to allow for this conflict? I called in last week while on Holiday
and did not pay attention to the calendar.

Attached is the second revision of the charter. Please let me know if
this needs further changes, so we can, as a subcommittee approve it
and send it to the TC, hopefully at the next meeting, for overall TC
