Description:
A 1.0 producer may have 
certain registration property descriptions which are likely to be quite common. 
We suggest: "producerAgent", "password", "DIME" as registrationProperty 
description names for a new WSRP appendix. Of these, only password is ever 
filled in and returned by a consumer. The rest just affect the binding 
choice.
Resolution:
Poll committee for likely common registration 
properties. Any CustomUserProfile data should also be advertised in the same 
way.
