Old text: defaultMarkupSecure.

New text: A producer MAY raise the Security.AccessDenied fault if the
consumer uses a non-secure markup or portlet management request when the
portlet requires defaultMarkupSecure. Consumers are encouraged to use 
https
for portlets requesting any security, if https web services are available.
reason: We have no "requiresSecureCommunications" fault. Consumers need to
realize security is up to them to provide.
