Minor bug: We seem to have more voting members in attendance than total
voting members.
On 166: I would say we decided to accept but in a modified form, as we will
now say how string key/value profile items are to be sent: using the
NamedString element from our namespace. Not the same as adding a field but
pretty much equivalent (I could use a modified wsdl to add an optional
NamedString element to fish for string/value profile items).
On 168: We may want to point consumers at the ServiceDescription.locals
field to cover the desiredLocales=null and the sendAllLocales=false case we
used to have.
