Old text: The Consumer MUST indicate to the Portlet the preferred 
character encoding, using the characterSet field of the MarkupParams 
structure.
New text: The Consumer indicates to the Portlet its preferred character 
encoding, using the markupCharacterSet field of the MarkupParams 
structure. 
Reasoning: The field is optional, so this can not be a MUST. Also, the 
field name is wrong.
