Old text: All query string parameters not used to encode ... MUST be 
passed
to performBlockingInteraction() as formParameters.

New Text: All form parameters, submitted as query string parameters when 
the
form's method is GET, that are not used to encode ... MUST be passed ...

Reason: could not understand this conformance statement for hrefs and POST
forms.
