[wsrp-wsia] [change request #236] calling mime type fields "mimeType"

Reasoning: We have several fields which are required to hold a mime type. 
Why not name them all mimeType (or mimeTypes for arrays)? (Currently one 
has this name (UploadContext.mimeType))
