[wsrp] Minutes of the first WSRP Meeting

attached you can find the Minutes of the first WSRP Meeting.

It will be one agenda item in our first call (April 3rd) to accept/comment
on the Minutes.

If the voting member accept the minutes I will post them to our Web site.
