[wsrp][security] *no* security teleconference this week

I was called out on short notice last week and will be travelling through
tomorrow evening.  Between that and the other conflicts with this week's
wsia F2F, we'll have to cancel the security telecon this week.  I'll get the
minutes out from the last call later today.
