[wsrp][security] Agenda for 4/24 telecon

1.  walkthrough of Yossi's end-user identity scenarios doc(attached)
2.  New WS-Security spec and relevance to WSRP
3.  Next level drilldown in each area:  start to enumerate issues in each of
our 3 topic areas.  I want to begin a formal document that captures our work
in this area which will enumerate requirements on WSRP metadata and
interfaces/protocols.  I also envision having part of the document be more
of a WSRP TC position statement regarding how we see other standards
applying to/complementing WSRP usage scenarios.
