Public review comment - figures in 10.5.6 and 10.5.7 has spell-checkindicators

The sample form and menu included in these sections have spell-check 
indicators. These should be cleaned up.

Also suggest to not use colors for the portlet menu example for better 
readability/printing/accessibility.
