[wss] WS-Security-XML-Tokens

WSS TC Co-Chairs:

We are submitting the specification entitled "WS-Security-XML-Tokens 1.0,
August 28, 2002" for consideration within the WSS-TC as a supplement to the
existing WS-Security input specification. This specification further
clarifies
how XML Tokens are used with WS-Security.
