[wss] Web Services Security Issues List - Rev 8

The attached issues list includes issues from the mailing list through
Nov 11th and from our discussion in Baltimore.  Note that due to
attendance, this does not yet represent the official status of the
issues.

If there are issues that were missed or need correction please let me
know.
