Thanks Tony, I have posted the updated
specs to the WSS TC Web Page at [1] . I believe that this draft is the
candidate that we hope to use as the basis of our planned interoperability
work. As such, all TC members should try to carefully review this draft
prior to our next phone call meeting on March 11th.
