F2F date pick ballot

Just an update on the ballot's status
- I wanted to wait several days to let people have time to comment on my
proposal as to a slightly amended ballot. I only got two responses so yesterday
I finally started trying to get the on-line ballot setup - it appears that
the ballot tool cannot support the type of "nested question"
ballot that we are trying to do. I will do some more investigation later
today to see if I can figure out a way to do this. Just wanted to give
you all an update as I know some of you have asked me when the ballot will
be available.
