OASIS Document naming proposal

As a heads up to the TC, OASIS is currently
considering a new document naming proposal. I have included the link below
at [1]. If this naming convention is ultimately approved by the OASIS Board
then we will need to comply with it for our documents as we mover forward
towards Committee Specification and Public Review with our spec(s)
