F2F attendance ballot

I have extended the close date on the
F2F ballot until Sunday (the 8th of June). Several people have been e-mailing
me to inform me of a change of plans so that they can now be a "yes"
etc. Please note that even after you have cast a vote, the vote can be
modified, so if you voted "no" previously you may go back to
the ballot and change your vote to a "yes" and vice-versa. Please
use the ballot rather than send me mail - that way I will have an accurate
attendance estimate in one place. If your circumstances change I would
greatly appreciate if if you would update the ballot vote to reflect that.
