Draft Agenda for F2F meeting

Here is a draft agenda for next week's
F2F meeting. We are still working on dial in access. We are not sure yet
if we will be able to provide all day access by telephone. If not we will
modify the agenda (below) to have a specific time reserved at the end of
the day for dialing in for a status summary (and voting if required).
