Updated Agenda for F2F meeting & Dialin number

I am pleased to announce that we have
managed to secure dial-in access for the entire F2F meeting so we will
not need to do a special end of day dial in. I am grateful to the folks
at Microsoft for the phone bridge sponsorship. The phone bridge has a maximum
allocation time of six hours per call so the dial in has been divided up
into 3 chunks. The number is the same each time but the pass code varies.
