XrML Interop Scenarios document: version 2.0

Everyone,
Here is an another version of the XrML interop scenarios document. There arent' very many material changes; most of the changes are merely editorial except for the namespace changes for wss core, and utility. Please take a look and provide comments. We should also start thinking about deciding a date on XrML interop event fairly soon.
