Secext.xsd and utility.xsd

Title: Secext.xsd and utility.xsd

Hi team,

Was just looking at the latest secext.xsd and utility.xsd…here are a few questions/observations.

#1: In secext.xsd, Please remove the import for the OLD stuff.

<xsd:import namespace="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/06/utility" schemaLocation="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/06/utility"/>

#2: Please add a new entry for import'ing the new utility namespace in secext.xsd.

#3: Are the schema's going to be available at the locations? ("http://www.docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2003/12/oasis-####-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd"

and "http://www.docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2003/12/oasis-####-wss-wssecurity-utility-1.0.xsd")?
