Systinet certifies successful use of WSS

Systinet attests that it successfully uses WSS-SOAPMessageSecurity
specification.  We are using the core functionality and WSS-UserName and
WSS-X509 profiles in our implementation. Systinet is aware of the IPR
statements concerning implementation of OASIS WSS specification as stated in
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/wss/ipr.php and is consistent with it.
