Re: Formal submission of WSS TC documents

I'll review your submission and get back to you with any concerns or 
questions.

As long as the submission is complete I'll announce it to the membership 
by the end of this month, then they will have until the 15th of next 
month to familiarize themselves with the submission. I'll then send out 
a Call For Vote to the primary reps of the member organizations who will 
then have until the end of the month to vote. By the end of March, if 
all goes well, we should have a new OASIS Standard.
