I have included those fixes. After the WSS committee 
decides the date of the SAML

Interop, I will release the fixes in an update shortly 
thereafter. So far the changes are

minor and I am reluctant to issue a new version for each 
small change.

 

Also, I think your comment that said "Line 674, 
707" should have been "Line 674, 681, 682" where

the ValueType on 681 should be:

and 
the EncodingType on 682 shoulde be:

I found typos in the 
  Sender-Vouches:Signed and Holder-of-Key examples listed in the Saml Interop 
  document. The schema lists the ValueType and URI attributes for KeyIdentifier 
  and SecurityTokenReference as unqualified but the examples lists them with the
