Attachments Profile Question

Quick question/comment about the attachments profile.

Sec 2.2.1 MIME Part CipherReference Transform line 265 says:

The <xenc:CipherReference> must have a <ds:Transforms> child element,
and this element must have a <ds:Transform> child.

But the example (starting line 334) is as follows:

<Transforms>
  <ds:Transform    
   Algorithm="http://docs.oasisopen.org/wss/2004/XX/oasis2004XX-wss-
   swaprofile-1.0#ContentOnlyCipherText"/>
</Transforms>

Shouldn't it be <ds:Transforms>?
