Here are some small items on the latest errata draft:

1) 3.7 Section 8.1 Algorithms, line 111

The correct URI according to the referenced specification is
http://www.w3.org/2003/10/soap12-n11n (not
http://www.w3.org/TR/soap12-n11n/).

2) 4.1 Section 3.4 Examples, line 114

The correct line numbers are 305-308 (not 301-304). 

3) 4.6 Section 11 Extended Example

The correct line numbers are 1392-1397 (not 1392-1396).

The replacement text is not well-formed XML.  Perhaps the intent was to
also add a closing tag </wsse:SecurityTokenReference>.
