Tim,
I think this would be a nice change if we had more time. I
think, however, that it is too late for this version. I could
update the Conformance Tests fairly easily with a script, and I
assume you could update the spec, but it may be harder for the
implementors. They only have until the 12th (or 13th), and they
already have several big changes to digest.
