As I check this spec for QC, I've noted the following changes that need to be made:
Previous version: the link is not in the proper location of the CD01 file.
The OASIS reference [XACMLv1.1], which was correct in CD01, is improperly formatted.
[UAX15] & [ITR36] references - need to activate these hyperlinks.
