ITU-T update

Chet has informed the Chairs that our submission of JSON & REST to ITU-T is moving along nicely. As previously noted, the member review has passed with no comments received. Now we are in a waiting period and there is some paperwork and mechanical work to be done.

The TC will be notified when the submission is complete.
