As mentioned on today's TC call, if I define an equality function for dayOfWeek
values then it enables a bunch of other functions to be defined as well, such as
dayOfWeek-is-in and the set functions dayOfWeek-intersection,
dayOfWeek-at-least-one-member-of, dayOfWeek-union, dayOfWeek-subset and
dayOfWeek-set-equals. These are functions that depend on there being an equality
function.

I don't have a use case for a dayOfWeek-equal function or the other potential
functions. I could add them in now for completeness or leave them for some future
revision of the profile.
