XLIFF 1.1 Spec broken anchor link

Hi,

Just a little detail that could be fixed next time the XLIFF 1.1 spec is 
edited:

Section 2. Structure

(last paragraph before example)

"...The exception is that <source>  and <target> elements that are children of 
<alt-trans> may contain an xml:lang  attribute of a different language than 
that of the source-language  and target-language attributes of the <file> 
element."

The second 'xml:lang' anchor is wrong (#xm instead of #xml:lang).
