wrong declaration of merged-trans attribute in xliff 1.2 xsds

Hi,

I think, there is a discrepancy between the XLIFF 1.2 spec and xsd for the
merged-trans attribute.

According to the spec, this attribute should only be used in the group element. The defined default value is "no".

In the xsd (both transitional and strict) the attribute is defined twice.
One declaration follows the spec (optional attribute of group element,
derfalut value='no'). But there is a second declaration for the 
trans-unit element (default value defined with "yes").

This should be corrected in future version.

Can anyone comment, what is correct here? Spec or xsd ?
